Communications Associate

Job Summary:

A career in Communications within Internal Firm Services offers the opportunity to shape and amplify our organization's voice, both internally and externally. You will play a key role in crafting compelling content, managing communication channels, and supporting event initiatives that drive engagement and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement strategic communication plans, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and tailored to diverse audiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Creative Writing, English, Public Relations, or a related field
• Experience in communications, marketing, public relations, content development, or a related role desired, but not mandatory
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a strong command of English and exceptional attention to detail
• Proven ability to write and adapt content for various platforms and audiences, including social media, newsletters, email communications, and event materials
• Strong editorial, proofreading, and copywriting skills
• Familiarity with social media management and content planning across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X
• Experience supporting internal and external events, including the preparation of communications materials and event collateral, desired but not mandatory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Familiarity with design and content creation tools such as Canva desired
