Responsibilities:
A. Content and Marketing Communications
- Develop and execute content and creative communication plans for new products, services, campaigns, updates, organizational initiatives intended for internal and external audiences.
- Oversee the preparation and editing of press releases, articles, brochures, posters, proposals, email advisories, social media contents, website copy, video scripts, corporate, presentations, and other marketing materials.
B. Creative Direction and Brand Management
- Lead the conceptualization, design and production of social medial assets, promotional materials, campaign visuals, event collaterals, and other requested created outputs.
- Review and approve copy, layouts, and designs to ensure accuracy, quality , consistency , and compliance with approved job orders, specifications, and corporate brand guidelines.
C. Marketing Materials and Information Support
- Manage and prioritize marketing material requests from departments, subsidiaries, business units, branches, partner institutions, and other internal stakeholders.
- Conduct needs assessments and coordinate with requesting units to identify current and anticipated content.
D. Team and Performance Management
- Direct, supervise, and evaluate the work of content writers and creative artists, including assignment of projects, workload management, coaching, and quality control.
E. Administrative, Reporting, and Resource Management
Qualifications:
- At least 5 yrs of progressively responsible experience in content development, creative services, digital marketing, advertising or corporate communications
- At least 2 -3 yrs in a supervisory or managerial role leading content and creative teams
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with cross- functional teams and stakeholders
