Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Taguig for a Communication Center Analyst. The role involves monitoring and managing communication systems, handling internal and external communications, and ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information. Duties include analyzing communication data, resolving communication-related issues, and supporting strategic communication initiatives while collaborating with different teams within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret communication data and generate insights
- Excellent Communication skills, including proficiency in Internal and Corporate Communications
- Understanding of Strategic Communications to support organizational goals
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant communication tools and software
- Prior experience in a similar role or in communications management is an advantage
