Job Description

ADC:

Asset Digital Core (ADC) is a transformation programme with SAP's latest ERP, S4/HANA, as its foundation. This latest SAP technology provides redesigned, market standard processes and data models, intended to replace legacy SAP systems in Operated Assets. ADC plays a key role in the achievement of Powering Progress Strategy in Integrated Gas and Upstream (IG&U). ADC will enable IG&U to lead with insight, sharpen performance and support diverse value chains.

Purpose:

Robust change management is a key enabler to unlock the business value of ADC. The communications and engagement support role supports a cluster of assets to define, deliver and measure communications and engagements with asset stakeholders. The role works as part of the deploy change team and is led by the global change manager.

The communication and engagement support role will contribute to:

  1. Delivering the transformational value of the ADC programme;
  2. Minimizing the disruption to asset operations during the deployment of ADC;
  3. Achieving a predictable ADC go-live with asset staff ensuring they are both confident and capable in the new solution and ways of working.

Responsibilities:

The role works predominantly with the global change manager, pillar change focals, asset change managers and local deploy leads to develop and execute appropriate ADC communications and engagements within and across assets / SBOs.

The key accountabilities include:

  • Applying the C&E method as set out in the ADC change playbook (utilizing the baseline plans and template library of communications)
  • Owning the ADC asset portal content development and maintenance for a cluster of assets
  • Being the central focal for any cluster (cross asset) ADC communications and engagements
  • Developing and posting central cluster specific content in the relevant channels (i.e. Viva Engage and Teams)
  • Providing asset / cluster updates to the central ADC comms team in support of Townhalls and when Pulse updates are required
  • Localizing central material in support of asset and cluster C&E initiatives / events
  • Developing asset stakeholder analysis and maps
  • Developing asset specific (and cluster level) C&E plans
  • Supporting the execution of asset C&E campaigns Awareness, Understanding, Call to Action, Reinforcement
  • Supporting the asset leadership engagement programmes (with existing and new material)
  • Supporting adhoc pillar and deploy team engagements (with existing and new material)
  • Supporting the mobilization and upskilling of the asset change networks
  • Supporting the change readiness survey distribution and analysis
