The Commission Supervisor oversees the accurate calculation, processing, and reporting of sales commissions in accordance with company policies and compensation plans. This role supervises commission analysts, ensures timely payouts, resolves commission-related inquiries, and maintains strong internal controls to support accurate financial reporting and sales performance transparency.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and review the calculation and processing of sales commissions, incentives, and bonuses
Ensure commissions are calculated accurately and paid on time per approved compensation plans
Review commission reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules before payouts
Resolve escalated commission disputes and inquiries from sales teams and management
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Payroll, HR, and IT to ensure aligned and accurate data inputs
Oversee commission accruals, adjustments, reversals, and true-ups
Ensure proper documentation and approval of commission plans and changes
Support month-end and year-end close activities related to commissions
Prepare commission-related reports for management, audits, and financial reviews
Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve commission processes
