Remote — Philippines | Independent Contractor | 2 Openings

If you can cold call, create the opportunity, and close the sale, LeDi SEO provides the leads, offer, sales assets, CRM, and sales process.

We are hiring two full-cycle sales representatives for the LeDiCon Website Promo, beginning with U.S. roofing contractors.

This is not an appointment-setting-only role and there is no routine handoff to a separate closer. You own your assigned opportunities from the first cold call through signed agreement, collected deposit, and sales-to-fulfillment handoff.

What makes this role different

You are not expected to scrape lists, find your own prospects, invent an offer, or build a sales process from scratch.

LeDi SEO provides assigned, pre-filtered U.S. contractor leads, approved website packages and pricing, sales scripts and talk tracks, website demos, Airtable CRM, qualification rules, agreement and payment workflows, and coaching/QA support.

The current launch plan is approximately 600 callable leads per representative from the existing roofing prospect pool.

Your job is to work the opportunities properly and sell.

What you will own

Make manual outbound calls to assigned U.S. roofing and contractor businesses.
Navigate gatekeepers and reach owners or authorized decision-makers.
Qualify prospects and run concise discovery.
Identify legitimate website, trust, service-clarity, and conversion needs.
Conduct follow-up and scheduled sales conversations when needed.
Present the approved website packages and demos, recommend the right fit, and handle objections professionally.
Progress qualified buyers through the approved agreement and deposit process.
Keep Airtable accurate and complete the handoff after a paid close.

Compensation

This is a commission-only independent-contractor opportunity. There is no base salary, hourly wage, draw, or guaranteed income under the current compensation plan.

Sales 1–2: 30%
Sales 3–5: 35%
Sale 6 onward: 40%

For perspective, one eligible Consultation sale represents $718.50 at the 30% tier, $838.25 at the 35% tier, and $958.00 at the 40% tier. One Growth sale represents $958.50, $1,118.25, or $1,278.00 respectively. These are illustrations, not guaranteed earnings.

Who we are looking for

You should have credible experience with manual B2B outbound sales and be able to show that you can do more than book meetings.

Strong candidates have personally handled prospecting, discovery, objection handling, follow-up, and closing. Experience selling websites, digital marketing, SaaS, professional services, home services, or another consultative B2B offer is particularly relevant.

You must be able to speak professionally and confidently with U.S. business owners, maintain accurate CRM records, accept coaching and call review, and work responsibly within defined pricing, compliance, and sales-process rules.

You need a reliable computer, professional headset, stable internet, backup connectivity where practical, and a quiet calling environment. You must be able to arrange your working blocks within approved U.S. prospect-local business-hour calling windows.

Location requirement

Wave 1 is open only to applicants physically based in the Philippines. You must be able to operate as a genuine self-employed independent business from the Philippines. Required registration and contractor-readiness evidence is verified before contracting.
