As Commercial Specialist, you will be responsible for developing proposals that are needed to obtain business by getting the best value for contracts and getting the best deal possible in outsourced services for the development of renewable projects and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with Project Planning and Commercial Management Team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Planning and Prequalification

• Completes tender documents and contracts in close coordination with the Commercial Manager.

Bidding and Bid Evaluation

• Assist the Commercial Manager in overseeing bids to achieve a successful bid selection.
• Ensures a detailed, costed, persuasive proposal.

Contracting and Implementation

• Resolves contracts and payment concerns.
• Coordinates price, payment, and delivery terms with the vendor.
• Ensures compliance with procurement and contracting processes of other Project Development sections and vendors
• Resolves disputes arising out of vendor deliveries between end-user and vendor.
• Assess vendor performance to reduce cost, and increase efficiency and business performance.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering and Business Courses
• Preferably with at least three [3] years of experience in procurement-related function - construction/energy/infrastructure and one [1] year technical role in construction industry
• Advantage if with procurement certification (QS Certificate)
