Commercial Reporting Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Reporting Analyst to support business decision-making through data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, identifying trends, and transforming insights into meaningful business recommendations.

The successful candidate will leverage advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting tools to develop dashboards, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide analytical support across commercial and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track commercial and business performance.
• Analyze sales, operational, customer, and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, including pipeline, revenue, and transaction analysis.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Partner with the Power BI team to ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate reporting processes.

Qualifications

- At least 2 years of experience in reporting, business analytics, commercial analysis, or a similar analytical role.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, dashboards, and complex formulas.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to stakeholders.

- Experience in reporting automation and data visualization is an advantage.
