Job description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Manager VA to oversee the management of approximately 40 tenancies. The role requires strong knowledge of Cirrus8 and experience handling day-to-day property management tasks. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain and update property databases.
- Conduct daily reconciliations and monthly disbursements.
- Manage rental arrears, new tenancy liaison, and landlord onboarding.
- Oversee and process all property outgoings as per lease agreements.
- Handle Form 6s, HOA, lease renewals, and rent increases.
- Issue Notice of Attornment and Breach Notices as required.
- Manage property-related email communications.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Previous experience managing commercial or residential tenancies.
- Strong knowledge of property management processes and compliance.
- Proficiency in handling reconciliations, disbursements, and arrears management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
