Role Description
The Commercial Planning Manager is a full-time role based in Makati with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for leading commercial and business planning activities, including the development of annual and long-range plans aligned with Maxicare Health Services, Inc.s growth and profitability objectives. The Commercial Planning Manager will analyze market trends, client demand, and internal performance data to build robust demand forecasts and optimize clinic capacity and service offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking and interpreting key performance indicators, preparing regular commercial performance reports and dashboards, and providing insights and recommendations to senior management. The role also involves partnering with operations, finance, marketing, and clinic leaders to support commercial initiatives, refine pricing and service mix strategies, and ensure consistent execution of commercial plans across the clinic network.
Qualifications
Strong commercial and business planning capabilities, including experience in Commercial Planning and Business Planning.
Proficiency in Demand Planning with the ability to forecast volumes, capacity, and resource needs in a healthcare or service environment.
Advanced Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, scenario modeling, and use of spreadsheets or business intelligence tools.
Experience in defining, monitoring, and improving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for commercial, operational, and financial performance.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification is an advantage.
Background in healthcare, clinic operations, or service-oriented industries is highly beneficial.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and a structured, organized approach to work.
Comfort working in a hybrid setup based in Makati, with flexibility to attend on-site meetings and coordinate with clinic and corporate teams as needed.
