Job Summary:
We are a mission-driven venture pioneering the future of 2-wheeler electric mobility through a scalable and accessible battery swapping ecosystem, building a connected platform that solves the energy, uptime, and operational pain points for last-mile delivery riders, logistics fleets, and mobility operators.
We are now seeking a Sales Hunter who thrives on generating leads from scratch and building strong client and other types of commercial relationships. You'll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and engaging new business opportunities across EV fleets, logistics companies, etc. This role is part business development, part relationship management, and part ecosystem building.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business & Sales Generation
- Prospect and convert new commercial customers for our Battery-as-a-Service and fleet solution, with key focus on B2B/B2B2C Segments.
- Manage the full sales process: outreach, meetings, solution pitch, site evaluation, commercial proposal, and signing.
- Work with marketing and product teams to refine pitch materials and partner value propositions.
- Track pipeline progress using CRM tools and prepare weekly reporting.
Battery Swap Station (BSS) Site Acquisition
- Identify and secure new BSS host locations, including fuel stations, convenience stores, F&B, malls, retails establishments, LGU sites, parking facilities, depots, and commercial centers.
- Conduct site assessments and coordinate technical reviews with the operations team.
- Negotiate commercial terms, rental/host agreements, and partnership frameworks.
Government & LGU Partnership Support
- Engage LGUs, transport cooperatives, barangays, and regulatory agencies to enable deployment and compliance.
- Assist in document preparation for local permits, endorsements, and pilot MOUs.
- Represent the company in industry forums, public consultations, and LGU meetings when needed.
Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive activation, adoption, and long-term collaboration.
- Handle partner feedback and coordinate with operations for issue resolution and service improvements.
- Support launch activities, events, and onboarding of initial riders and fleets.
Qualifications:
Must Have
- 25 years experience in business development, partnerships, B2B sales, or account management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable speaking with executives and government stakeholders.
- Experience handling contracts, commercial proposals, or partnership agreements.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple deals at once.
Nice to Have
- Experience in mobility, logistics, telco, energy, EV/charging, or government partnerships.
- Existing networks with LGUs, fuel station operators, logistics companies, or commercial property owners.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce.
