Job Description
Insulated Products Corporation (IPC) is seeking a bright, analytical, and highly motivated Marketing & Research Specialist to support strategic growth across our thermal packaging and refrigerant product lines.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is curious, logical, research-oriented, and eager to learn. We are open to candidates with marketing, business, science, engineering, or analytical backgrounds who can understand products, evaluate market opportunities, and support strategic business initiatives in a technical B2B environment.
This position focuses on market research, product research, project coordination, strategic support, and marketing execution within the packaging and manufacturing industry.

This role will work closely with leadership and internal teams to support product positioning, market research, project execution, and commercial growth initiatives across key industries including pharmaceuticals, life sciences, food, and industrial goods.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, product research, and competitive analysis to support business decisions
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and industry opportunities
- Support development of product positioning, messaging, and value propositions
- Assist in identifying growth opportunities and market expansion strategies
- Help translate product capabilities into customer-focused business value
- Support strategic marketing initiatives and research-driven recommendations
- Coordinate and support project execution across marketing and commercial initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with leadership and internal teams on business priorities
- Monitor competitors, industry movement, and market trends to provide insights and recommendations
- Support process improvement and strategic planning initiatives
- Assist with research, project coordination, and strategic execution projects
- Take ownership of assigned projects and follow through with strong attention to detail
- Support additional business initiatives as needed in a fast-paced, growing company
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Communications, Science, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, research, project coordination, business analysis, strategic support, or related field
- Experience working with a US-based company or supporting US clients is strongly preferred
- Must currently be comfortable and capable of working full-time graveyard shift aligned to US Pacific Time hours
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
