We are looking for a Commercial Conductor. This is not a traditional coordination role; it is a high-visibility mission to architect and orchestrate the 2026 Brand Roadmap for the world's #1 beauty company. You will sit at the intersection of Brand, Sales, and E-commerce, ensuring our Offline + Online (O+O) strategy translates into market dominance.
What You'll Do
- Orchestrate the Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end commercial PMO, ensuring every product launch and brand milestone for 2026 is synchronized across all physical retail and digital channels.
- Commercial Stakeholder Management: Act as the central hub for Country Managers, Category Leads, and Supply Chain directors to ensure the business is launch-ready from a P&L and inventory perspective.
- Drive Execution Excellence: Turn complex strategic goals into actionable timelines, identifying commercial risks before they hit the bottom line.
Who You Are
- FMCG Heavyweight: You have 8+ years of experience in Category Management, Trade Marketing, or Commercial Operations within a top-tier FMCG or Prestige Beauty environment.
- O+O Fluent: You understand the mechanics of physical retail and the high-velocity world of digital platforms.
- Business-First Mindset: You don't just manage tasks you manage business impact. You understand how project delays affect market share and revenue.
- High-Stakes Navigator: You are comfortable presenting to Executive Committees and have the gravitas to hold senior leaders accountable to project milestones.
