Compensation: $2,500 – $3,500 USD/month
About the Role
We are hiring a Commercial Leasing Manager to own the end-to-end leasing lifecycle across a commercial real estate portfolio.
This is a high-impact, senior-level role focused on lease negotiation, execution, and portfolio oversight. You will act as the internal expert on lease terms, advising stakeholders, managing risk, and ensuring accurate and efficient lease execution.
What You'll Own
- Full lease lifecycle (LOI → execution → renewals)
- Lease negotiation and redlining
- Portfolio lease data accuracy and compliance
- Stakeholder and ownership communication
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full commercial leasing lifecycle from LOI through execution
- Review, redline, and negotiate LOIs and lease agreements
- Manage lease documents, amendments, assignments, and tenant notices
- Serve as the internal expert on lease interpretation, advising portfolio teams
- Lead tenant renewal negotiations and support favorable deal outcomes
- Maintain accurate lease data, abstracts, and critical dates (Yardi or similar)
- Track lease execution status, milestones, and documentation across the portfolio
- Coordinate lease-related billing and ensure financial accuracy with internal teams
- Provide reporting and insights on leasing activity and portfolio performance
- Communicate directly with ownership and external stakeholders
- Support and guide junior team members, setting standards for leasing execution

Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in commercial leasing, lease administration, or property management
- Strong experience with lease negotiation, redlining, and LOIs
- Deep understanding of commercial lease structures (NNN, gross, modified gross)
- Proven ability to manage the full lease lifecycle independently
- Experience working with ownership, asset managers, or senior stakeholders
- Experience with Yardi or similar lease/property management systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have
- Experience with CAM reconciliations or operating expense audits
- Familiarity with DocuSign or similar tools
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior leasing/admin team members
- Exposure to portfolio-level leasing strategy and reporting
