Job Description

We are seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Leasing and Operations Manager to oversee the leasing, business development, and operational management of our commercial properties and rental complexes.

The role is responsible for maximizing occupancy, increasing rental revenues, managing tenant relations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day commercial operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong business development, negotiation, and property management skills, with experience in commercial leasing and tenant management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Property Management, Finance, or any related field
  • At least 5–8 years of relevant work experience in commercial leasing, property management or real estate operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial capacity
  • Proven experience in handling commercial properties, rental complexes, office spaces, retail spaces, or mixed-use developments
  • Strong background in tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, contract management, and tenant relations
  • Knowledgeable in commercial leasing strategies, market analysis, rental pricing, and occupancy management
  • Experience in business development and generating new leasing opportunities to maximize revenue and occupancy rates
  • Familiarity with property operations, facilities coordination, preventive maintenance, and vendor management
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, rental collections, and operational cost control
  • Excellent leadership, supervisory, and people management skills
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with tenants, clients, brokers, and business partners
  • Results-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple projects and operational concerns simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of local real estate, leasing, and business regulations is an advantage
  • Preferably with experience in real estate development companies, commercial centers or leasing firms
  • Willing to conduct site visits, tenant meetings, and business development activities as needed
