Job Description
The Commercial Head is responsible for leading and overseeing the company's overall commercial strategy to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion. This role manages key revenue-generating functions including sales, marketing, pricing, partnerships, and contract negotiations, while ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company's overall commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability
Lead and oversee sales, marketing, business development, and revenue management functions
dentify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansions
Set sales targets, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasts aligned with business goals
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to guide strategic decisions
Negotiate and manage key contracts, commercial agreements, and major client relationships
Ensure effective coordination between commercial teams and other departments such as Finance, Operations, and HR
Review and approve commercial budgets, proposals, and financial performance reports
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall client satisfaction
Establish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics for commercial teams
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards
Represent the company in high-level negotiations, presentations, and stakeholder meetings
Lead, mentor, and develop the commercial team to ensure high performance and accountability
Provide regular commercial performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior management or the Board
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage commercial strategies
Strong skills in negotiation, pricing, and contract management
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Strategic, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset
