Commercial Finance Support

Responsibilities:

• MDC Inventory monthly rollover
• Stock Disposition Report (generation of report and updating of monthly TP from Nav)
• Assist with monthly forecast in Arpeges/ Kinaxis
• Processing of cash advance and liquidation entries
• Assist in validating EEMS entries, reimbursement and liquidation
• Updating of outstanding FIS/reach reimbursement (without/ no loaded budget)
• Fillings of reimbursement and liquidation hard copies
• Support Commercial Finance Finance with other tasks, as needed

Educational Qualification:

• Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field

Experience

• 2-3 years previous experience in finance, accounting or administrative support roles

• Accounting knowledge: Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices

• Strong attention to detail

• Organizational skills

• Analytical and quantitative skills to interpret financial data

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
