Commercial Finance Manager

We are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager who will serve as a key business partner, providing financial planning, analysis, and commercial insights that support revenue growth, profitability, and informed decision-making. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to drive business performance, strengthen financial governance, and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, providing actionable insights on business performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, and other stakeholders to evaluate sales, margins, profitability, and key business drivers.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and profitability analyses to support commercial and investment decisions.
• Prepare and present management reports, dashboards, and performance analyses that support strategic decision-making.
• Drive financial governance, process improvements, and team development while ensuring compliance with company policies and internal controls.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy; CPA designation is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Management Accounting, or related finance functions.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, business partnering, and performance analysis.
• Experience leading teams and collaborating with senior business stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Proficient in financial reporting systems, ERP platforms, and data analysis tools, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
