Monday - Friday (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM PHT)
Monthly Salary: Php 80,000 - 120,000
What are we looking for
Skills Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial construction estimator.
- Extensive knowledge of commercial metal stud framing and drywall estimating.
- Proven ability to perform accurate quantity takeoffs and develop detailed cost estimates.
- Strong understanding of metal stud framing systems, drywall assemblies, and related construction methods.
- Experience using On Center Software (OST/QuickBid).
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
What will you do
- Review architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs for metal stud framing, drywall, insulation, acoustical ceilings, and related scopes of work.
- Develop accurate labor, material, and equipment cost estimates.
- Prepare competitive project budgets and bid proposals.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure a smooth transition from estimating to project execution.
- Respond to client and general contractor questions during the bidding process.
- Evaluate project risks, scope gaps, and value engineering opportunities.
- Manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.
- Maintain accurate estimating records and pricing databases.
