Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for all properties, aligned with group objectives, and ensure timely execution.
  • Lead all sales and marketing activities for two new properties, from preopening to launch and stabilization, adhering to strict timelines.
  • Inspire, mentor, and hold teams accountable. Foster a high performance, result-driven culture that meets deadlines consistently.
  • Optimize pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies to meet revenue targets across all properties.
  • Establish structured workflows, calendars, and reporting frameworks for seamless, timely operations across the group.
  • Monitor KPIs, track performance, and provide actionable insights to improve revenue and operational efficiency on schedule.
