Singapore Diagnostics is seeking a dynamic, commercially incisive, and visionary Commercial Director to lead our sales, business development, marketing, and strategic partnerships functions. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will play a critical role in accelerating business growth, expanding market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and driving the next phase of our organizational transformation.
This role works closely with the CEO and COO to develop and execute commercial strategies that support sustainable growth, operational excellence, and market leadership. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven ability to deliver revenue growth, build high-performing teams, and unlock new business opportunities within the healthcare and diagnostics industry.
What You'll Do
- Lead and execute Singapore Diagnostics commercial growth strategy, aligned with the company's vision and long-term objectives.
- Work closely with the CEO and COO to identify growth opportunities, drive business transformation initiatives, and shape organizational strategy.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, customer acquisition, retention, and market share expansion.
- Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, physicians, HMOs, corporate clients, healthcare institutions, and government stakeholders.
- Lead and develop high-performing Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Key Account Management teams.
- Identify new markets, service innovations, strategic alliances, and business expansion opportunities.
- Champion customer-centric initiatives that enhance client experience, loyalty, and service excellence.
- Utilize market intelligence, industry trends, and business insights to guide strategic decision-making.
- Support digital transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives that improve efficiency and scalability.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of commercial, sales, business development, or marketing leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in driving sustainable revenue growth and building high-performing teams.
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, medical laboratory, hospital, pharmaceutical, or related industries is strongly preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proven ability to develop partnerships and lead complex commercial initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
- MBA or other advanced business qualification is an advantage.
