A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

The Commercial Content Manager is responsible for the coordination, governance, quality, and

accessibility of all commercial content across Acquire Intelligence.

This role owns the commercial content library end to end, including SharePoint setup and ongoing

management, document structure, version control, approvals, templates, and workflows.

The role works closely with the Australian Head Office leadership team and supports Sales,

Marketing, AI, Consulting, and Outsourcing teams by ensuring all approved materials are accurate,

current, consistent, and easy to use.

This role does not define products, services, pricing, or commercial strategy. Content direction and

substance are provided by leadership. The Commercial Content Manager ensures that content is

well managed, properly governed, and presented to a high professional standard.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial Content Governance

Own and manage the single source of truth for all commercial content

Define and maintain document lifecycle stages including draft, review, approved, live,

and archived

Ensure all commercial documents have clear version history, approval status, and

ownership

Retire, archive, or remove outdated or duplicate materials

SharePoint Ownership

Set up, manage, and maintain the SharePoint environment for commercial content

Design and maintain folder structures, naming conventions, and document organisation

Manage user access and permissions to ensure appropriate visibility and control

Ensure SharePoint is easy to navigate, well governed, and secure

Editorial and Quality Control

Proofread and polish commercial documents prepared by leadership and subject matter

experts

Ensure consistency of language, terminology, clauses, and formatting across all

materials

Maintain and enforce document templates and formatting standards

Ensure consistency across AI, consulting, and onshore and offshore outsourcing content

Workflow and Usage Coordination

Define and document clear guidance on which materials are used at different stages of

the commercial lifecycle

Act as the internal point of reference for teams seeking guidance on document usage and

versions

Ensure regional variations (such as Australia and the United States) are clearly organised

and labelled

Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with Australian Head Office leadership to capture approved updates and

changes

Coordinate document reviews and approvals and ensure sign off is recorded

Support onboarding by ensuring new team members have access to correct and

approved materials

Own pricing, commercial strategy, or go to market decisions

Create new offerings or marketing strategy

Act as a sales or product management role

One clear, trusted commercial content repository used consistently across the business

Strong version control with no confusion over approved materials

Sales and delivery teams know exactly which documents to use and when

AI, consulting, and outsourcing materials are professional, consistent, and current

SharePoint is well structured, secure, and easy to maintain

ABOUT YOU

Proven experience owning and managing SharePoint or similar content management

environments

Strong experience in content coordination, document management, or knowledge

management roles

Excellent attention to detail with strong proofreading and formatting skills

Comfortable working with senior stakeholders across international teams

Ability to manage multiple document types and priorities in a structured way

Experience supporting Australian or international teams is highly desirable
