SME Commercial Card Program Manager

Metro Manila, Philippines (Hybrid/On-site as required)

We are partnering with a leading global payments organization to support the launch of a strategic SME commercial card initiative with a major financial institution in the Philippines.

We are looking for experienced professionals with direct Commercial Cards experience or hands-on Card Implementation experience within banking, payments, fintech, or financial services environments.

As the Commercial Card Manager, you will:

• Drive delivery of a commercial card program from planning through launch.
• Coordinate across business, operations, technology, risk, and external partners.
• Manage timelines, risks, testing, readiness activities, and go-live execution.
• Support stakeholder engagement and executive-level reporting.
• Ensure a smooth launch and transition into business-as-usual operations.

An ideal candidate must have:

Commercial Cards / Corporate Cards / Business Cards / SME Cards experience

OR Direct Card Implementation experience, including card launches, issuer programs, card platform migrations, card processor implementations, or scheme-related projects

Additionally:

• 10+ years of experience in banking, payments, fintech, or financial services
• Strong program or project management background
• Experience working across business, operations, technology, and risk teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Based in the Philippines and able to work with stakeholders on-site when required
