Position Purpose:

The Senior Manager, Commercial Bid Management is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the processes and team that support the end-to-end pre-sales solution and proposal presentation development motion. They must have experience developing and leading teams of pre-sales solutions architects, proposal managers and sales enablement professionals. As a leader of this department, you will need to be able to work on multiple high profile sales pursuits simultaneously and lead a culture of happy and high performing global team members.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Develop and deliver innovative, AI-enabled CXM and contact center solutions that drive revenue growth and improve win rates.
  • Lead a global pre-sales organization of solution architects, proposal managers, and sales enablement professionals to achieve high performance and engagement.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality proposal and bid submissions with clear value articulation and competitive pricing.
  • Strengthen collaboration across Sales, Operations, and Delivery teams to create scalable, client-focused solutions.
  • Implement efficient pre-sales processes, tools, and governance to enhance productivity and consistency.
  • Support strategic pursuits by presenting compelling CXM solutions to executive and client stakeholders.

Attributes & Attitude:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid planning and organizational skills; ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sources.
  • Process-oriented with a basic knowledge of bid management principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Emotional intelligence with self-awareness and developing self-management skills.
  • Client relations and project management experience.
  • Professional business correspondence skills in English (native/C1/B2 level).
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work hours.
  • Operates with minimal supervision.

Knowledge:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 6+ years experience developing and presenting BPO CXM solutions for healthcare and non-healthcare clients.
  • Experience leading teams of pre-sales solutioning, proposals and pursuit management professionals.
  • Experience designing, implementing and training pre-sales processes for solution architecture, proposal development and developing pricing proposals
  • Experience developing AI-enabled CXM solutions through Pre-Sales Solution Architecture, Proposal Development and RFx responses
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate Customer Experience and AI-enablement concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with global and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering results.
  • Ability to collaborate, shape and deliver presentations, and communicate effectively with C-suite executives
