Job Summary:

The Commercial Banking Relationship Manager is expected to originate, develop, review, and manage loan portfolio relationships, conduct credit and financial analysis, and cross-sell appropriate bank products and services across target segments, contributing to the Bank's objectives in terms of growth, profitability, asset quality, and client satisfaction.

Role Exposure:

  • Build and manage relationships with key commercial and middle-market clients across diverse industries.
  • Develop expertise in commercial lending, credit evaluation, financial analysis, and portfolio management.
  • Drive business growth through client acquisition, relationship expansion, and cross-selling of banking solutions.
  • Gain exposure to business owners, senior executives, and key decision-makers, providing strategic financial solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Partner with credit, risk, operations, and product teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and sustainable business results.
  • Learn from experienced banking professionals and industry leaders through mentorship and on-the-job development.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, SME Banking, Relationship Management, Account Management, or Business Development within a financial institution.
  • Proven experience in credit evaluation, financial statement analysis, cash flow assessment, and credit proposal preparation.
  • Experience in managing and growing a loan portfolio while maintaining acceptable asset quality is an advantage.
  • Strong strategic thinking, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation, and active listening) skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Knowledge of banking products, lending processes, and risk management principles is an advantage.
