We are seeking a highly skilled
Commercial Architect / Production Architect with a minimum of
5 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a strong
Revit production architect with hands-on experience in
U.S. commercial projects, particularly
budget hotels, hospitality, or hotel developments, and a solid understanding of
wood-frame construction.
This role is heavily focused on the development of accurate and coordinated construction documents and requires someone who is detail-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working efficiently within production schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and produce comprehensive architectural construction documents using Revit.
- Prepare detailed plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and architectural details for commercial and hospitality projects.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and consultant disciplines.
- Ensure all drawings comply with applicable U.S. building codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Participate in project production from design development through construction documentation.
- Support project teams in resolving technical and coordination issues.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and consistency in all deliverables.
- Contribute to project deadlines and production targets in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of architectural experience, with a strong focus on production work.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit for commercial project production.
- Proven experience in wood-frame construction.
- Demonstrated experience working on budget hotel, hotel, or hospitality projects.
- Prior experience on U.S.-based commercial projects is required.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation standards and detailing practices.
- Excellent coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with hospitality brand standards and prototype hotel projects.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or other architectural production tools.
- Experience collaborating with U.S.-based architects, consultants, or contractors.
