Brief Description
- Support Commercial Solutions & Governance: Deliver operational support for Commercial Solutions and Governance programs within Global Deal Management.
- Triage & SLA Management: Triage and manage all intake requests efficiently, ensuring timely action by relevant stakeholders within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Reporting & Metrics: Generate required reports and metrics as requested by leadership.
- Inquiry Management: Act as the primary point of contact for general inquiries related to the managed programs.
- Process Development: Assist in developing and implementing newly defined processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize responses to inbound questions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a deal support or program analyst role, ideally within a technology environment.
- Salesforce Proficiency: Experience utilizing Salesforce (Salesforce Case experience is a strong bonus).
- Process Ownership: Proven ability to own, manage, and deliver improvements to both manual and automated processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; experienced in collaborating with stakeholders across sales, product, and engineering to enhance internal processes.
- Autonomy & Judgment: Strong business judgment, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently with limited direction and minimal oversight.
- Agility & Influence: Experience operating successfully in lean, fast-paced, high-growth technology companies, with a demonstrated ability to lead data-driven analyses and influence business outcomes.
Skillsets / Hiring requirements
- Deal Flow Support: Multiple years of experience supporting deal structuring processes (direct contract drafting experience is not a prerequisite).
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in both the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools.
- Salesforce Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce functionality, including Cases, Accounts, Opportunities, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Reporting Ability: Ability to create and manage Salesforce reports is preferred.
- Advisory Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to provide effective advisory support to Deal Strategy teams.
- Domain Knowledge: General domain knowledge in accounting principles is a preferred qualification.
Sample tasks include (but are not limited to)
- Process Support & Optimization: Manage intake tickets for payment requests and follow up with Deal Strategists to remediate process gaps (e.g., missed JIRA tickets, contract errors).
- Incentive Review: Review all non-standard incentive requests, identify emerging trends, and generate quarterly reports on these trends.
- Documentation & Knowledge Management: Create and rigorously maintain essential documentation, including the Deal Strategy Playbook for Incentives, Standard vs. Non-standard guides, and comprehensive FAQs.
- Advisory Role: Advise Deal Strategists on utilizing standard, supportable deal structures and address ad hoc inquiries efficiently.
