As a Commercial Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Commercial team by coordinating budgeting, payment processes, product listings, and administrative activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What You'll Do
- Support budget administration and track spending across commercial activities.
- Coordinate invoice processing, payment documentation, and follow-ups with internal stakeholders.
- Manage product listing submissions and updates for retail and commercial partners.
- Handle requests for promotional items, free products, and related administrative processes.
- Support vendor and account registration activities within internal systems.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of commercial operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of business activities.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in administrative, commercial operations, sales support, or coordination roles is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
