Collections Team Lead

We are looking for experienced Telecollections Team Leaders to lead, coach, and motivate Collections Associates while achieving collection targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• At least 3 years of Team Leader experience in collections
• 5–7 years of collections experience, preferably in banking or financial services
• Experience handling collections for salary, pension, motorcycle, personal, auto, and other consumer loans is preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, reporting, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
