Job Description

We are looking for experienced Telecollections Team Leaders to lead, coach, and motivate Collections Associates while achieving collection targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any related field
At least 3 years of Team Leader experience in collections
5–7 years of collections experience, preferably in banking or financial services
Experience handling collections for salary, pension, motorcycle, personal, auto, and other consumer loans is preferred
Strong leadership, coaching, reporting, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
