Collections Systems Analyst I

The role is responsible for maintaining our systems, support issues investigation and prepare new features together with system users or other analysts

What You'll Do

• Respond to request for technical assistance as raised thru collection tickets and check necessary details
• Conduct investigation, troubleshoot and gather essential data that can help find the root cause of the problem.
• Provide technical solution on acceptable timeframe or redirect issue to IT counterpart for further escalation.
• Communicate findings with business partners and handle documentation of resolutions.
• Perform unit testing, system configuration and deployment of necessary changes in productions.
• Extract data from various sources to use for validation and monitoring of technical processes.
• Maintain technical knowledge in existing processes and utilize system functionalities for completion of tasks.
• Participate in technical discussion, attend team meeting, and provide useful inputs.
• Provide recommendations to improve processes and enhance system functionalities

What You Need To Have

• At least 1-2 years as a System Analyst role and working directly with business and technology stakeholders
• With experience in creating process flows, diagrams, process maps, etc.
• Experience technical documentation of system changes/versions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge in SQL or relational database and reporting tools (SQL,Powe BI, Tableau etc)
• Must be familiar using project documentation tools such as Confluence, Jira, Word, and alike
• Strong understanding of IT related subjects
• Knowledge of pilot implementation methodologies
• Has strong data analysis and logical skills
