Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Collections Supervisor located in Caloocan City, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Collections Supervisor will oversee and manage the collections team to ensure efficient and timely recovery of debts. The role includes formulating strategies for debt recovery, analyzing financial data, handling customer communications, resolving payment discrepancies, and maintaining excellent customer service practices. The position requires monitoring team performance and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Debt Collection processes and a strong understanding of Finance principles
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills, such as data interpretation, problem solving, and decision-making
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to professionally handle sensitive financial matters
• Ability to lead a team, with managerial or supervisory experience being highly advantageous
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and experience in a related industry is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or other related fields
