What You'll Do

Do you have a passion for problem-solving and negotiation In this role, you'll help drive successful recovery outcomes by reviewing claims, managing collections of files, and coordinating with insurers and third parties. From validating supporting documents to negotiating settlements and resolving disputes, you'll play an important role in ensuring files are progressing accurately, efficiently, and professionally.

During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Manage end-to-end recovery files from demand through settlement and closure 
  • Maintain accurate, structured, and compliant file notes within CRM systems 
  • Proactively manage portfolio ageing, prioritizing high-value and aged accounts

What You Bring to the Role

  • At least Senior High School graduate 
  • Two (2) years or more of collections experience 
  • Strong English communication and negotiation skills 
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills 
  • Computer proficiency and experience using CRM or case management systems
