Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Specialist based in Quezon City. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing and resolving overdue accounts by contacting clients, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely payments. They will also maintain accurate records of interactions, provide excellent customer service, and collaborate with the finance team to achieve collection targets. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Debt Collection and Cash Collection processes
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Basic knowledge of Finance and related principles
• Ability to negotiate effectively and maintain professionalism in client interactions
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience with debt recovery software or tools is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred
• Work experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
