Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Collections Specialist to join our team on-site in Quezon City. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing the collection of outstanding debts, maintaining records of customer accounts, and negotiating payment arrangements. This role requires effective communication with clients to address payment issues, handle disputes, and resolve account discrepancies. Additionally, the specialist will ensure all collections align with company policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications
  • Strong ability in debt collection and cash collection practices, including efficiently handling overdue accounts and implementing repayment plans.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Proven experience in customer service, with a focus on addressing inquiries and resolving customer concerns effectively.
  • Basic understanding of financial processes and procedures, with attention to detail and accuracy in payments and account handling.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Experience in a similar role, particularly within a collections or financial services environment, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems or related software is advantageous.
