Our Consumer Lending Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in
Ortigas in the role of
Collections Officer.
In this role you will manage long-outstanding auto loan accounts through reconciliation, adjustments, and effective collection actions. You will support the resolution of delinquent accounts and contribute to achieving collection targets.

What the role will entail:
- Reconcile and review auto loan accounts to support timely collection and resolution
- Implement account maintenance such as reversals, adjustments, and client information updates
- Record all collection actions accurately in the system
- Endorse accounts for skip tracing, field visits, or repossession when necessary
- Facilitate insurance claims and process redemption requests
- Respond to customer concerns professionally and resolve issues within standard timelines
- Assist in achieving unit targets by supporting co-collections associates
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in either Business, Accountancy, Management, or Finance is preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in credit or collections, preferably in auto or consumer loans
- Working knowledge of collections processes and basic banking operations
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and coordination skills
