Collections Team Leader
We are looking for an experienced Collections Team Leader to lead and support tele and/or field collectors handling salary loan accounts. The role focuses on improving collection performance, coaching team members, monitoring delinquent accounts, and supporting effective collection operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach tele/field collectors to achieve collection targets.
- Monitor collection activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Review portfolios, manage delinquent accounts, and resolve escalated concerns.
- Supervise collection activities and support team performance.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend improvement plans.
- Ensure proper account documentation and timely account endorsements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of collections experience (salary, consumer, motorcycle, or similar loans).
- Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
