Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Officer, based in Quezon City. The Collections Officer will be responsible for identifying and collecting overdue payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely follow-ups with clients. Key tasks include analyzing account details, resolving payment disputes, communicating effectively with customers to negotiate payment plans, and collaborating with the finance team to improve debt recovery processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Debt Collection and Finance, with experience in managing overdue accounts and payment follow-ups
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating account details and identifying effective collection strategies
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities to handle client interactions professionally and negotiate payment arrangements
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Prior experience in collections or a related field is desirable
• Familiarity with financial software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
