About the Role
We are looking for a Collections Manager who will lead and drive the overall collections operations for a growing organization. This role will work closely with the Managing Director and play a key part in optimizing performance, improving recovery rates, and scaling collections campaigns.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is both operationally strong and strategic, with a deep understanding of end-to-end collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily collections operations, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently met
- Oversee end-to-end collections lifecycle (early, mid, late, and recovery stages)
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across collections workflows
- Analyze collections performance, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies
- Partner closely with leadership to scale campaigns and improve recovery rates
- Manage and develop team leads and agents, ensuring strong performance and engagement
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and best practices
- Utilize systems, tools, and analytics to enhance collections strategies and reporting
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Collections Manager, Credit & Collections Manager, or Collections Operations Manager
- Strong background in debt collection, credit management, or accounts receivable operations
- Solid understanding of collections strategies, recovery techniques, and performance metrics
- Experience in operations management and process improvement
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM/dialer systems, reporting tools, or analytics platforms
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work onsite in Eastwood, Ortigas on a dayshift schedule
