Collections Analyst II - PHL

Requirements:

Educational Requirement for the role: Bachelor's degree required.

Minimum required years of experience to look for the candidate: 3 years

Skills Required for the role (Please provide top 5 skills that you are looking for) :

• Experience in B2B Collections, Credit Control, or Accounts Receivable.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients via email and phone.
• Experience in dispute resolution, account reconciliation, and root cause analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and recommend appropriate actions.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities and deadlines.
• Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Shift Schedule: APAC – 11am to 8pm

Shift type (Hybrid / Remote / On-site – Hybrid): Hybrid, RTO every Wednesdays
