Collections & ROPA Management Head

Role Objective

Drive nationwide asset recovery, delinquency management, and asset liquidation. This role optimizes the end-to-end collections lifecycle tailored to City Savings Bank's core mass-market portfolios: salary, pension, and motorcycle loans.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Recovery: Execute data-driven collection strategies to minimize Non-Performing Loans (NPL) across consumer and microfinance portfolios.
• ROPA Lifecycle: Direct the repossession, warehousing, and rapid liquidation of foreclosed assets, utilizing dynamic pricing for fast-depreciating inventory.
• Remittance Management: Lead institutional coordination with DepEd (APDS), GSIS, and SSS to resolve unremitted deductions.
• Vendor Oversight: Accredit, manage, and audit Third-Party Collection and Repossession Agencies to enforce strict SLAs and BSP compliance.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all recovery practices adhere to BSP regulations, data privacy laws, and fair collection standards.
