Job Description

What you'll be doing

Process customer collections and follow up on outstanding invoices
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts receivable
Identify and resolve any billing or invoicing discrepancies
Communicate with customers to discuss payment plans and resolve any disputes

What we're looking for

Open as well to SHS Graduate or College Undergraduates
Must have at least 6 months of Accounts Receivable or Credit Collections experience
Open to candidates with Collections experience - BPO or Non-BPO companies
Background in Accounts receivable / Credit Collections and management
