Role Description:
This is an entry-level,full-time, on-site role for a Collection Specialist/Account Management Specialist located in Uptown Bonifacio, Taguig City. The Account Management Specialist is in-charge of the after sales services of the company's clients and tenants and is responsible for collecting the company's receivables and maintaining and monitoring all existing accounts, resolving billing problems, concerns and issues of all existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as the primary point of contact of the clients for all existing accounts.
- Meets the collection quota imposed by the management.
- Provides clients with correct and legible Statement of Accounts, Notices, and Letters related to collection.
- Represents the company in a professional and affirmative manner.
- Answers, screens, and direct telephone calls.
- Provided utmost customer satisfaction to all visiting clients and their representatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience in accounts management, billing, or collections is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
