Job Overview:
The Collection Representative is responsible for managing and recovering outstanding balances from customers while maintaining a professional and customer‑focused approach. This role requires effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive financial discussions. The Collection Representative works closely with customers to resolve payment issues, provide account information, and negotiate payment arrangements in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
✅ At least an Associate Degree graduate
(College undergraduates are welcome if they completed at least 2 years with no failed units)
✅ Minimum 6 months collection experience
(Financial account background is a plus)
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Can handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Diploma, Bachelors/ Degree, ITC/NTC/Vocational
