Collection Associate

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer portfolios and drive collections.
• Handle payment follow-ups, reconciliations, and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate with Billing, Sales, and Cash Application teams.
• Ensure cash collection activities meet the requirements of the client by reducing debt aging, maximizing cash collection and collecting high-quality dispute information, while maintaining a professional relationship with the client and their debtors.

Qualifications:

•  2–5 years in B2B Collections experience
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
