Collection & Accounts Receivable Head | Credit

This is Direct hire - Permanent role to our client -

The salary range on this post is NOT the actual Budget of our client. Salary offer depends on your skills and experience and for approval of our client's management.They may still negotiate you.

Specific position: Credit and Collection Section Head

Possible Benefits: Up to 14th month pay, HMO, Life Insurance, Retirement Plan, etc. (policies and conditions apply)

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
• Willing to work on a Dayshift schedule: Monday to Friday (44hrs per week - for verification if excluded the break time: if they will include the break time, possibly total of 49-50 hours per week)
• ·Amenable to work 100% onsite in Paranaque
• Graduate of · in finance, Accounting or related field
• ·at least 4 years of hands-on experience in collections, accounts receivable or a related area.
• Has at least 1 year of experience in leading a team
• Good written, oral and reading communication skills.
• · Proficiency with Microsoft Office for Windows (Outlook, Word, and Excel) is required
• · Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust and interact with all levels of personnel.
• · Demonstrated problem resolution skills
• · Ability to work effectively in a cross functional team; demonstrated ability to partner with other departments to enable growth while managing overall receivables exposure.
• · Must be able to plan, organize, and prioritize job responsibilities with little or no direct supervision.
