Our client, a leading tech company based in the US, is seeking a Cold Caller Specialist to join their remote sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, engaging them in conversation, and generating interest in the company&aposs products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce the company&aposs offerings.
- Generate new leads and build a qualified sales pipeline through effective communication.
- Utilize a consultative approach to understand the needs of prospects and present tailored solutions.
- Document call interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly cold call targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cold calling or lead generation within a sales environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking sales activities and managing leads.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively.
- Knowledge of the tech industry and software solutions is a plus.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily and handling rejection professionally.
