Cold Calling Appointment Setter

We are looking for a driven Sales Development / Cold Calling Virtual Assistant to help grow our outbound sales pipeline by connecting with small business prospects across the US. In this role, you will research and identify potential leads, make outbound calls to introduce our services, and book qualified appointments for our sales team to close. The ideal candidate is confident and professional on the phone, comfortable doing independent prospect research, and motivated to hit daily calling targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify prospective small business leads in the US based on defined criteria
• Make outbound cold calls to introduce our services and qualify prospects
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team to follow up on and close
• Collect and accurately record key prospect information during each call
• Use our existing phone/dialer system to manage daily outbound calling
• Submit daily end-of-shift reports summarizing calls made, leads collected, voicemails, and missed calls
• Log hours accurately using the provided time tracking system
• Follow provided call scripts and outreach guidelines
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth hand-off of qualified leads

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting
• Confident, clear, and professional phone communication skills
• Experience independently researching and qualifying leads
• Comfortable making outbound calls to US-based small businesses
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the reputation management or online reviews industry
• Familiarity with dialer systems and call/activity reporting tools
• Experience with follow-up email outreach
• Background working with US-based small business clients
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
