Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in General Santos for a Cold Caller. The Cold Caller will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients, engaging them in professional conversations, and promoting the company's services or products. Responsibilities include gathering relevant customer data, qualifying leads, managing call scripts, documenting customer interactions, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone
• Proficiency in generating and qualifying leads, including the ability to gather and analyze customer data
• Experience with using call scripts and documenting customer interactions accurately
• Time management and organizational skills for maintaining productivity in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and call tracking systems
• Resilience and adaptability to handle objections and rejections positively
• Relevant experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or a related role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or communication is an advantage
