Compensation: $600 USD per month plus $10 for every QA-approved qualified opportunity

Expected earnings: Strong callers can earn $800+ per month

Zotex Media is a fast-growing lead generation company that helps commercial cleaning businesses across the United States connect with organizations actively considering cleaning services.

We provide the calling system, contact lists, scripts, training, and ongoing coaching. Your job is to speak with businesses, identify genuine opportunities, and connect qualified prospects with our clients.

This is an appointment-setting role. You will not be responsible for closing sales or collecting payments.

What You Will Do

• Make outbound calls to U.S. businesses using our automated dialing system
• Speak with business owners, facility managers, office managers, and other decision-makers
• Offer prospects a commercial cleaning quote or walkthrough
• Ask qualification questions and confirm genuine interest
• Accurately record contact details, call outcomes, and qualification information
• Follow up with callbacks and interested prospects when assigned
• Follow our scripts, qualification standards, compliance rules, and quality-control procedures
• Attend coaching sessions and apply feedback to improve your results

What Counts as a Qualified Opportunity

A qualified opportunity generally requires:

• The business is located within the client's service area
• The correct decision-maker or relevant contact has been identified
• The facility needs recurring commercial cleaning at least once per week
• The prospect is genuinely interested in discussing pricing, receiving a quote, scheduling a walkthrough, or speaking with the cleaning company
• All company and contact information is recorded accurately

Who We Are Looking For

• Previous cold-calling, telemarketing, appointment-setting, or outbound sales experience
• Clear, confident, and professional spoken English
• Comfortable handling objections and continuing the conversation after an initial no
• Strong listening skills and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work consistently during U.S. business hours
• Coachable, competitive, and motivated by performance-based earnings
• Able to remain professional in a fast-paced, high-volume calling environment

Technical Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Quality noise-canceling headset
• Quiet and professional workspace
• Reliable computer capable of running browser-based calling software
• Backup internet or power solution is strongly preferred
